You enter the program as a Friend, except if you are a member coming from the previous Club Matrix. You can advance to the next tier as you reach each spend threshold.
Available Program Levels
FRIENDS
$1,499 or less per year
Welcome to Club Matrix! Our first tier lets you earn 2 points for every dollar you spend. New members will receive a 15,000 points as a welcome gift, unlocked once they spend $300 within the first 3 months of joining Club Matrix.
BRONZE
$1,500 - $4,999 per year
Our second tier lets you earn 5 points for every dollar you spend.
SILVER
$5,000 – $14,999 per year
Our third tier lets you earn 7 points for every dollar you spend.
GOLD
$15,000 – $24,999 per year
Our fourth tier lets you earn 9 points for every dollar you spend.
PLATINUM
$25,000 + per year
Our highest tier lets you earn 12 points for every dollar you spend.
Your engagement with Matrix is also rewarded when you:
-Subscribe to the Club Matrix Newsletter and get 3,000 extra points.
Applicable only once per lifetime.
-Refer stylists to subscribe to Matrix Newsletter and get 15,000 extra points
per referral. Applicable to a maximum of 5 referrals per lifetime.

● Gold = Mastering, you will receive the equivalent in points to redeem
merchandise such as Back Bar product, 2 t-shirts, one PLV as door decal,

How Points are Earned
Earning & Redeeming Points
Once you open your Club Matrix account, every purchase you make accrues points; the amount of points earned per dollar spent is based on your current tier.
Points remain in your account for 12 months from the date you earned them, and
expire at the end of that respective month.
(Example: A point earned on April 13, 2018 will expire on April 30, 2019.)
Points can be redeemed at any time for products that enhance your clients’ experience, or for classes and events so you or your team can network and learn new skills.
